I'm in a warehouse packing boxes and using a production line belt thingy. Produce items. Like 10 of us there I'm the only guy. Used to getting shit but cause it's from women I'm internally having a hard time adjusting. Like when I fuck up and ask for help they all sort of condescendingly help me or assume I already know something or even show me something complex just once and then when I fuck up they get mad cause "I already showed you how to do this?" Like yeah, you did, once, 5 hours ago, in a rushed fashion, and I couldn't hear you, and there's no time to slow down, wtf do you expect?

I used to work as a security guard for 4 years and have put up with a lot of shit, including physical violence and multiple fucked up things. I'm trying to "switch off" and just tell myself it's ok, just learn the job, let them be cunts and earn your paycheck, but I don't know how to see them as just workers, I see them as these bickering parasites that are trying to get me booted out or something.

So far I have been expected to just "know" what to do 100% of the time after 1 shift. Fucking doing my head in tbh.

I do not take breaks with them or talk while working unless it is a question about something. I have had a few of them check me out quite obviously (yes I wont pursue I know) and they all wear makeup when though it's like hot as fuck.

None of them know me personally, or know what my experiences are, so I am trying to just switch-off when I clock on and enter robot mode and take it as it comes but I am having some internal resistance that I can't seem to fix..
