Say this: I'm doing really great. 30 seconds of material of what you plan on doing for the night then ask a question: What are you planning on getting into tonight? If she comments on what you're doing or answers your question with more than a one word response, she's interested in talking to you, not fucking you. Not yet, anyway. Keep it up and sprinkle a little sexual intent, humor, and kino, and you might get lucky. Otherwise wish her well and move on.

It's amazing how refreshing simple, normal, sexually aware, honest, conversation can be to a woman who probably has had a bunch of douche's try to talk to her with stupid pickup lines and miscellaneous grunting.
