Be lucky you have a group of guy friends who hang out with girls. My current group of friends are all like me, awkward and unable to get girls. I have like 1-2 friends who i would call friendzoned girls, other than that i don't even hang around girls.

You need to start becoming more alpha and with that attitude the girls will start noticing you. Relax, be yourself and joke around. Smile, and just have a good time, eventually they will see that you are an awesome dude and they may even start talking to you. Take advantage of this ASAP, i regret not doing this when i had the opportunity to do so, girls move fast.

Stop going out with bros and start going out by yourself. I always have better success alone. Wingmen are a crutch. Girls respect a guy that can go out and have fun on his own. It's alpha and it shows.

All my friends get girls better than I do. All I know is if they are really your friends they'll figure out a way to make it not so bad. Either that, or just stop going out with them.

I know the feeling. You and your friends go out, but you're the only one who makes a goal of approaching girls/sets. Realize that this puts you in the dominant position. You may lose the frame as your friends join and the conversation progresses, but when you speak, the set will perk up -- you're remembered as the dominant guy that approached them. And if you do feel your friends occupying the group's attention, just open another set. You already did it once, do it again!
