I've been working at this certain job for 1 year, and they've pushed me into a corner where I am now forced to quit despite being the best performer in my team of 12 people.

I also noticed on my recent payment, they gave me 4,000 extra dollars -- Because of the way I was treated at the company (constant verbal and sexual harassment, threats of death from upper management, being attacked by a dog, a lot of other messed up stuff) - I feel I should have the leeway to threaten HR into letting me keep the money.

I have several other co-workers who all were subjegated to the same treatment, and Im sure they wouldnt mind testifying on my behalf against the company if they want to take this to court.

Is there actually a legal case to be made here? /u/ColdIceZero

Edit: It's a sales job. Corporate sales.
