Outside. Go to the supermarket, gas station, bookstore. Better yet, a public transport system to take you to other populated areas such as shopping malls, downtown, bar venues, etc. Or friends who have a means of driving and seeing wither they would want to check out place XYZ.

Probably best to go for one/two night stands but yes you can go tons of places without spending money.

Just find a bar strip that doesn't have a cover charge. Jut know that you might be fucked if you a girl wants to come home with you.

If you live by a big university or college, there are typically a lot of events that aren't just for students. Near me there are various public lectures & talks by big name people, large and small music performances (like an audience of no more than 100 people), festivals...
