... saying things like "hey gorgeous...hey good looking...."

It always strikes me as a great way to display confidence and that you are able to give out a compliment without seeming desperate, but I have a hard time bringing myself to pull off those lines.

For example, I work in a restaurant that has a coffee bar, where a lot of attractive ladies work. Sometimes I will just walk up behind the counter when they are slow and drop something like "how are you lovely ladies doing over here?" as I grab myself a coffee. It feels forced sometimes, though, when I deliver it.

How do I get more comfortable acting openly and shamelessly flirty like this?
