I can't help but get the impression a lot of people here are masters of theory but not of practice. The show actually gives you visual association with some of the theories thus making them seem less intimidating to try

I loved this show. It was amazing to see AFC's succeed with even small doses of confidence.

It does make you cringe, but seeing how they perform will definitely help demonstrate the innate things we all do and how to implement PUA teachings. I just wish they didn't have to eliminate people and instead just showed us the full training camp and had them all go through transformations, but I guess competition-format shows sell better.

That show is not real, people. The dude who won is a legitimate actor in Hollywood. The nerdy 50-year old virgin dude who lost early is a comedian.
