Get out of the house and experience the world. Go do things that bring you new experiences and find out what you like and what you don't. You can't expect to enjoy life if you live it seated in your own feces in front of a screen.

Approach

Theory is only as valuable as much as it is internalized. You can't get good if you don't start frequently approaching girls. I don't care if you think you'll spontaneously combust, do it. Being comfortable with talking to girls everywhere is an absolute prerequisite to getting "good".

Don't be overly concerned with results

FRs are often told by those who succeed. Guess what, your going to fail. Tyler of RSD recently said on his site that 1/3 of girls will love you instantly, 1/3 will be lukewarm, and 1/3 will not want to talk to you. Know this. It's not a big deal if she doesn't like you.

Be satisfied with bad nights

You will have off nights. Some times it is the crowd. Other times its you. Don't get upset or annoyed. At the end of the night it was just a bunch of wacky drunk people sweating in close proximity.

Lead

I have approached at least 300 women at this point. Maybe in 5 instances the girls have led escalation. You have to do it. You have to assert yourself. It's tough to approach at first, it's tough to kino, it's all tough. But...it's worth it. Because not only do you get the girl, you conquer yourself.

Be the Kino-Master

My friends joke about kino because I'm always obsessed with it. Girls like being touched. Touch them. You're gonna fuck this up sometimes. That's OK.

Reward positive, Ignore Negative

Want to know when to kino or when to take any action with a girl? Do it when she is laughing or smiling with you. She will be much more open to your advances when she can tell you are attuned to her mood.
