This is nice and all, and in general a lot of useful tips. But lets be real, alpha is by definition a rank in a caste system and does not rely on communal opinion to make a decision. Im not saying unilateral decision making is the best leadership style, I just hate all this, "be alpha" bs where people make up and assign alpha whatever attributes they want.

Thank you for inspiring advice. I find some of these things hard as fuck. For example some people I meet are borring to me and I struggle to listen to them. Does someone with "high value personality" have the ability to find everyone interesting? Or are they more selective in who they interact with?
