Just seems like I'm gonna fail like hell at first when I try to approach girls.. which I have no problem with as long as it pays off in the end but do you guys have any advice for just starting to approach girls anywhere? How to get over the anxiety?

Man, be careful about your mentality here. If you can't be Outcome Independent, you're going to come off as desperate. Which will screw you over.

Coincidentally, working hard to achieve values that will allow you to let go of the need for any particular results to occur, will help you achieve Outcome Independence. It's a fine line to walk, perhaps, but fracking important.

The other thing you can do to get over approach anxiety (AA), is to stop waiting for pretty girls to appear before talking to people. Think about it, if you were a basketball player, would you just not shoot baskets until you play an important game? Fuck no. You know practice is necessary. So why then would you not take every opportunity to talk to anyone you can before you spot a pretty girl? If you turn on your social side ALL the time, then it's easier to have it on when you see a pretty girl.

So, talk to everybody. Girls you're not interested in, guys, old people. This also has a way of upping your social value, by the way.

Do it and realise that rejection isn't nearly as bad as the regret of never having tried.

Go out alone. I recommend going with Direct game. It is slightly terrifying, but you'll get over your AA fast. Yes, you can approach pretty much everywhere. There were times last year I was running up to 10+ girls in an afternoon: "Excuse me! This is totally crazy, but you are ridiculously cute and I had to meet you. I'm mileshigh." When I first started, I quite literally was near having panic attacks. But after doing direct opens regularly, it became no big deal.

Get a wing. He doesn't even had to be good, just enough to get you over the edge to approach. Do the same for him.

If you can, check out an RSD Freetour. Try the seddit locator. I found one local guy about 6 months back from the locator, who coincidentally, was in the game 6 months at that point. Went to an RSD Free Tour with him. Going out with him to approach changed my life. It's one thing to watch youtube videos, and another to have it happen in front of your face, see how easy and simply it is, and be expected to follow up yourself.

And you never really do, you just don't take it seriously after a certain point. Your brain just doesn't panic and trigger anything to cause the anxiety. With practice anyway. It's more that you get used to taking action rather than think about it and let it build up. You'll find out quickly that fighting through that anxiety is really the best part of the Game anyway, starting from approach, then #, then date, then kino, kiss, etc.

Anyway, something more concrete. here's an AA program for you.

Also, adopt a screening mentality.

I think the first bits are hard. Even if you try and fail, you can at least tell yourself that you tried. That you made an incremental improvement.

Yes, starting is the hardest. Its like starting a diet and starting to work out, its hard to pick up. Its a change to your lifestyle
