The easy answer is to invite these girls to the same type of one on one events or activities you'd invite a guy friend to, even if that's just catching a movie or playing some x-box. If you are only looking to extend your friendship into a more personal connection, that is the best route. Don't make a deal about it.

But it sounds like there is one girl in the group you've fallen for. Just ask her out. Yes, it has a chance to fuck up the group dynamic, but that is life. One of my group friends asked another out, and they've been married for three years. You wanna talk about interupted group dynamics...
