Sensationalized dailymail bullshit. Sure, the survey found that women had more regrets than men. Evidence that women are hard-wired to it? Not so much.

Yeah, the part about men might be true (for most of us), however the part about women being "hard-wired"? That's total BS, that's society talking not genetics.

That's a Bullshit "study". Quizzing people on their regrets says NOTHING about how we are hard-wired, only how they percieve their past through the lens of a judgemental society. All you have to do is look at other cultures today or in the past that live without those regrets to see that this is simply not true.

I hate this sort of evo-psych post hoc rationalization. We judge women more harshly about sexuality so why wouldn't they have more regret.

A direct factor of evolution theory. A woman becomes less attractive to men if she is promiscuous so she has incentive to not appear promiscuous whereas men care first and foremost about spreading their seed which means sex with as many women as possible as much as possible.
