Something that works for me is asking them fun questions, inquiring on a topic that they are passionate about, and genuinely getting to know them. Pay attention to their words and lead the conversation from there. Eye contact is of prime importance here.

Once you build enough rapport, try a venue change with the girls or get a table together and continue having fun. For a #-close, I usually say, "Hey, I really enjoyed having this conversation/night with you; I would like to see you again. We exchange numbers and hang out soon." Say the last sentence like you mean it and while pulling out your phone. This works most of the time if you have built enough rapport with eye contact, teasing and kino. Good luck!

In terms of getting the number I do one of two things. If something comes up in the conversation that I think we could do together I say something like "Oh man I do that all the time. What's your phone number I'll give you a call the next time I go." It could even be a bar. Which I do three nights a week. Or when I'm leaving I say something like "Hey I'm getting out of here what's your number I'd love to hang out with you again sometime." It's really that simple. Women almost always give your their number when you ask. Also don't worry about nothing turning out from the phone number. I would say if I pick up 10 numbers. I text 4-5 and end up ever seeing 2-3 of them ever again.
