Let me tell you about Angie (and forgive any errors I'm typing this o mobile.)

Oh Angie how I long that she may return one day.

Angie was the sweetest girl I knew. Vibrant, caring, showed compassion for everyone around her but didn't gloat. She had an amazing backstory. She is an illegal from Mexico here in the states growing up in the South with a really controlling but loving family. Still that never stopped her from pursuing her dreams. Thanks to the Dream Act, she went to college and is going through with her dreams in life of being a biology teacher. Never once did she let her status in this country stop her. She kept fighting hard.

She always fought for what she believed in. Gay rights, immigration reform. She taught me so much that I knew little about and I had so much more to learn. She always thought she had no voice or place in where she was but I swear if you put her in front of a crowd she could change lives and perspectives.

She was mature, funny, intelligent, had an amazing laugh, always kept a conversation going, never expected much out of anybody but always gave the most she could, and had a voice that would take you're breath away. And dear Lord she is still one of the most beautiful women I ever had the pleasure to date.

Despite our break up and what happened which I won't go into any detail about, if that woman wanted a place back in my life I wouldn't hesitate.

Women these days just seem so boring and shallow to me. Always expecting you to keep the conversation going but Amgie, oh sweet Angie, she would always talk about the most interesting things, make you laugh at the most perfect of times. Common women just expect the perfect person to show up but she pursued. If she had an interest in you she would talk to you as you were talking to her. Her personality vibrant.

I could go on and on.

I could search all across the world and still never find a woman half as wonderful as her.

Truthfully, the most memorable ones aren't the ones that were "the hardest set" or whatever, but just where everything felt right. Sure, game was involved, but not really.

Sweet, kind, nice, FUN and FUNNY (can't stress how many women lack this trait), smart but not a snob, and positive (another underappreciated trait), similar values, open mindedness, etc. Truthfully, I don't think these traits are that mysterious, but just like a guy learns after studying game, the things that make you better aren't that surprising either.

There are the obvious attractive traits such as physically being in good shape and health, but I've found that all the women I've been very attracted to have a few things in common; they were all comfortable and confident with being themselves and expressing themselves fully.

What do I mean by that? I mean as a society, I think there are lots of pressure to act a certain way and to conform to others' expectations of 'your role' in society. I.e. if you're a girl you should be prim and proper and be classy, and as a guy you should be macho and cool and chasing girls.

Fuck that shit. The women I have been attracted to have never really had that as their primary focus; they know what they enjoy and are able to be more in the moment than others and ignore the background noise of others' expectations.

They were not afraid to make a silly joke or to play around, and also were comfortable in acknowledging their attraction to me. I feel a lot of girls feel they have to play it cool or to hide how they feel even if they liked me, but there's nothing hotter than a girl who knows she fancies me and is comfortable with it. I don't mean she needs to explicitly say it; no, she is fine playing it coy. It is more how she emotionally reacts to the fact that she likes me which separates the wheat from the chafe.

Attraction is a natural and wonderful thing; but when one party doesn't want to fully feel it for fear of being hurt or rejected or their ego damaged then it really kills a lot of the fun in the process. Women who can live in the moment (and people who can do that in general) are the most fun to be around.

These are the sort of women who I've always had a blast hanging out with and always just felt right being around them. Unfortunately they are very rare and I don't get to meet a lot of women like this.

Edit: This is what people mean when they say 'be yourself'. Fully express what you feel (but being socially tactful at the same time). If you're angry be angry, if you're frustrated be frustrated. If you're sad be sad. If you're attracted be attracted. Live in the moment and enjoy this beautiful short time we call a life.

She doesn't need me to keep her happy. She just is happy. She's so fucking happy that if I'm not happy, that's ok: she can make me happy again. I want this whole seduction thing to be a two way street. I've spent a lot of time pondering how people work. This subreddit focuses on how to build sexual desire in women. But we all know that's just one piece of the puzzle. The puzzle of happiness. Of self actualization. I've developed my understanding of myself so strongly, that I can detect other people's emotional state and can react to it accordingly. I can build people up. I'm good at this. I can make people laugh. I want to find someone who can read my state, build me up, and make me laugh.

I wrote this in my journal when I broke up with my ex:

"Then one day, my fire dimmed and I could see that her candle wasn't lit.. I need her to burn even in darkness, so that I can light my fire with hers when cold winds blow me out"

These skills apply inward, first. First you must understand yourself, before you can understand others. I understand myself well. I need her to understand herself well. I want her to understand why she is attracted to me. None of this bullshit "I don't know! It just happened!". None of this "fear of slut shaming" crap. The whole "men pursue and women permit" dynamic is such a strong bastion of gender roles. I fucking hate it. Identify me as an attractive male: and pursue me with actions, not just your looks. Make me laugh. Impress me. What are you doing later today? Watching "Say Yes to the Dress"? See ya later, I'd rather go fuck myself.

Lots of women think they can get by simply by merely existing and looking pretty. Fuck that. Sometimes I lose all my sexual aggressiveness, whether by drugs, masturbation or recent sex. You have to be someone I want to be around even when I'm fully flaccid.

All of the things posted are great. I've also found that things are great when they're easy. Not easy in a sleeps with you on the first date kind of way. Easy as in the fact that you don't have to run after her, you don't need to be the one proposing dates, you don't have to pick dinner every single damn time, you don't have to be the one keeping the conversation going. On and on! Obviously there are many important things to consider before this, but if you can keep things simple, I respect you that much more.

I'll call her Belle. Belle was delicate and thin, about 5'5" and lived with this gigantic dog in a small cottage on the edge of town. She was sensitive and artistic and covered her walls in the works she painted and the photographs she had taken. When I walked into her house it looked like Etsy exploded inside. Tea kettle on and bread on the cutting board.

She was deep and really casual about it. She had just gotten back from France and I was vacationing back home before going back to living out of my suitcase.

I remember watching a wes anderson film and drinking wine with her in my lap, the back of her head resting on my chest and noticing a small baseball bat by the door. here's a huge one. Make the first move. Most women are too afraid/timid to take what they want. On seddit most guys talk about how confidence is the ultimate turn on for women. The truth is it's sexy no matter what gender you are.

The girl i ended up falling in love with was the only girl i ever took on a date who kissed me out of the blue before I tried to kiss her. We were walking into the movie theater and she threw all her body weight(she was really small) at me to push me up against the wall and then kissed me. Left me speechless. Obviously there are other qualities which made me love her, but the fact that she was so bold about getting what she wanted was one of the most amazing things ever.

So I'm a female too, and I hear so many of you guys say confidence is key. I would say I am sure of myself and love nothing more than energizing conversations with people. I have a few friends who are also confident and positive women. We do get pursued by men, but whenever I'm out with my friends (who are all also good looking women, but not as sure of how great what they're offering is) men ALWAYS feed their energy on them. I can't understand how guys see this as a top trait when you hit mostly on my friends I listen to read me text after text of "what he just said" and having to form all of their "what should I write back??'s" and skip my friends who are positive and sure of themselves. This isn't just for guys trying to hook up for the night either. I live in a college town (not a student) as a young twenty-something, so I'm sure that has a lot to do with my observations, but I feel like in this time a confident girl is seen as too intimidating and therefore not pursued most of the time. What gives?

There is a girl at my school. We don't talk much, but when we do talk, we have some awesome conversations. She is incredibly enthusiastic about sex, which adds a layer of depth but she has a boyfriend so hands off. Beyond that, she is caring... really caring. She was asking me about what kind of girl I want to met, if i'm over my ex and such. She genuinely cares and I really value her perspective as a girl. Not many guys have a reliable, trustworthy source for feminine advice. We need emotional counseling too. My guy friends always talk about themselves, and who they've fucked. It's bland.
