So today was the first time in my life I did a cold approach in any kind of way, and I ended up with a number close. I don't have trouble approaching girls in social settings like parties, dances, etc but I never outright approached a girl during the day for the sake of it.

Basically, I was at the mall with some of my guy friends because I had to pick up a watch and some shoes and we had nothing else to do that day. We came up with the idea to see how many girls we could convince that we knew their father since we were bored. It's a fun, innocent game to play in order to pass the time. We approached a couple of girls, but it turns out that it's harder than it seems to convince a girl that we know their Dads.

So we're walking and I spot a set walking out of Victoria's Secret. Three girls and one guy. I casually walk past the group and do a quick double take at the HB9 in the group. I approach with a genuine "oh hey whats up!" as if I knew her already and it was a weird coincidence that I was seeing her at the mall. She immediately smiled, and said "oh hey" in a similar tone. I then said "how has your dad been," because that is the game we were playing and she went along with it beautifully, teasing each other the whole way. I focused on keeping eye contact, dancing between her eyes and her mouth while talking. I said a lot of stupid shit. I was nervous. I had her guessing my name and I told her the letter is started with and that helped initiate some kino shoulder touching and flirting. But all in all we had a nice conversation about her "Dad" and she admitted that I did in fact know him. But she was very good looking and was giving plenty of IOI's so I said "alright I'm going to go, give me your phone number" as I hand her my phone.

We left the mall and I texted her just to say whats up and to give her my number. I plan on calling her soon to take her to Starbucks and a movie. I'm very proud of myself and I feel like I learned a lot that I will be able to use when I go to college (I am a Senior in HS, 17 years old).

Hopefully this can inspire some of you guys to just go out and do it. You can go with friends, and you don't have to mention the PUA stuff to them. You're just playing an innocent game that is genuinely entertaining to play. It doesn't matter what you say, it's how you say it which is so true because I said a lot of STUPID shit in this approach but I said it with confidence. Some of the girls we approached, it just didn't work out. But it doesn't matter - all you need is one and you'll walk 10 feet taller.
