I already know I'm an introvert/asocial person. I'm not shy at all, I know this already.

In fact, I attract a lot of women and I do very little to do so. I am not trying to brag, but attracting women is not my problem. The stuff that comes after is. We talk, it is incredibly clear the girl likes me, and we kiss. This stuff I do, and do well. Often times we get to the point where, over text or phone, the girl admits she would have liked to do more and would be willing. And for some reason this satisfies me. When they tell me this I lose all motivation to actually do it. I simply say "ok now I know that I could do it with her...it won't really be special at all." and I end up not doing anything past that...sometimes to the point of cutting contact.

I have been called an asshole for it, because I lead girls on and never follow through. This is also the reason I seldom have girlfriends. Once I know they are willing...I really don't feel like it.

Another thing is, I might just be lazy. Like if a girl wants to hangout...sometimes I just don't feel like getting off my computer, walk to her house/a place to meet up and hangout with her. Where as if I'm already out it comes easy to me.

What is this called, and how can I fix it..? Friends of mine with girlfriends amaze me when they say they rode their bike to their girlfriends house or walked there. For me it is too much effort..
