I was walking by and saw this cute girl. She was on her way into her apartment complex which is located on a bustling street. She slowed her pace and was looking at her phone a bit as she got close to the entrance. I walked up to her and said that I thought she was really cute and I just had to talk to her. I said it in a calm and relaxed tone and smiled. She greeted me, we shook hands, I took her name and I gave her mine. We talked about her ethnicity, apparently she's half scottish and chinese. I said it was interesting, she asked for my enthincity and I told her. We're both mixed race so it was fun sharing that and discussing. We then talked about her major and school. I joked about how everyone here is smart with well over 2100 on SATs, I asked her if she was one of those. She agreed and we laughed. We talked about my university and my major, I gave her some insight about it. Apparently she knew some people from my university, I made a joke that almost everyone who goes here is indian. This conversation carried on a bit, at one point I said that we should grab coffee tomorrow. She said sure and I said let's do during the afternoon. She said alright and tells me she'll give me her number. I gave her my phone, she put it in, and we talked about coffee. After I got her number I said I would text her right now so she would have mine. We talk a little more briefly and I depart. I sent her a text as I was walking away (as I said I would). It's been 30 minutes and no reply, I'm thinking that's the end of that lol.
