Put down the advice, and go approach a lot more.

You need a 10:1 ratio of time spent approaching to time spent reading advice.

You're basically trying to do this backwards. You're treating advice like an instruction manual or recipe and trying to build an interaction from it. What you should do is treat it like a troubleshooting manual. Go out a bunch, get a ton of experience under your belt, then figure out where your problems are and use the advice to try to fix them.

You're doing what a lot of people do when they start out: You read, and read, and read. What this does is that it basically puts your brain into information overload.

You need to stop reading and actually go out there and practice. It all comes with practice.

Try writing a list of topics down, and practice them one at a time. Like a checklist. Every time that you go out, practice one (or more) topics until you feel confident in them.

Ex.) If you have trouble approaching: Start with asking random people for the time. Then progress to asking them other things until you feel comfortable with approaching. You can look up the Approach Anxiety Program by Good Looking Loser for a general idea.

You want to break things up and progress. So for conversation, start with ice breakers with different people. And talk to everyone, not just women. Once you are okay with icebreakers, delve a little deeper into rapport building topics, etc.

Focus on different aspects.

For example, you read or watched a video on kino escalation techniques. When you go out make it your mission to apply that one or two techniques. If you did, that's a success. See it as a win. Your motivational success will start building.

Have an opener ready, a hook, and pull tactic ready.

I've gone on 3 dates in one day before. I used roughly the same strategy and techniques with minor adjustments to the lines and delivery and had all success before. I make sex my goal. But if I get a make out I consider it a success and aim for the sex on day 2.

A great jazz saxophonist named Michael Brecker once said that you shouldn't play the stuff that you are currently practicing on. Only play the stuff that comes to your mind at the time and don't force it. It's almost the same with seduction. Go out as much as you can and you'll get better. When you approach a girl you can't pause and look in a book. It should all be in your head, and it gets stuck in your head by meeting women in real life, not reading about it in a book. Good luck!

I gotta go to the gym, but I saw this and wanted to drop my two cents.

for myself, I look in the mirror and groom the best that I can. Then I smile and get myself into a state of confidence. My using anchors, triggers, & affirmations.

There's a few things online about anchors and all that, If you need something more personal, shoot me a PM.

but anytime I do that, it gets me into a state of confidence. Into a state of playfulness. And into a state of dominance.

Only because I've trained myself to do it (Think Paslovs Law)

Repetition. I liken it to martial arts... you learn the technique, then you drill the technique, then you live spar and learn to use the technique in a real life situation. Game is somewhat similar: learn technique, drill technique (e.g. go out with a goal to say, open 10 women, use XYZ opener on 10 women, etc.) and then "spar" which would be going on a date or going out with the purpose of seducing not trying particular technique. Don't just read over the advice. Journal about it. Write down the lists of key points to remember. Study and refresh before going out. Then journal after going out. Talk about what worked, what didn't, what you forgot, what you want to try next time. Then review those notes before you go out in addition to the initial notes. Treating more like research and experimentation will give you a more solid understanding of the intricacies.

I always love the concept of the Olympian, when it comes to nervousness. Every single Olympian when asked the question, "Were you nervous?" They always respond with no. And the reason for that is that they interpret the nervousness as excitement, which the effects of excitement on the body are pretty much the exact same. So when you're thinking "oh god I'm nervous," Change your thinking to "I'm excited."
