What's your method of getting over approach anxiety?

Doing it so many times you forget the number of times you've approach and you realize it doesn't even matter.

When you start out you'll get AA because you're doing something out of the norm for you. Once you get that rejection you'll realize you feel better than you would have if you hadn't approached, and you got REJECTED.

All PUA start cold when they go gaming, that's why many do things to get warmed-up like talking to strangers, bartenders or just random girls, casual conversations here or there. After they get in the zone then they do the more serious approaches.

So you wanna get over AA? Approach, approach, APPROACH!

The moment I realized the key to success with women was that making myself vulnerable was perhaps the most attractive thing I could ever do. When you approach a random girl you show this vulnerability. Women will like you because of your ability to be OK with being rejected. A man that is OK with being rejected is a man who is outcome independent and doesn't care what strangers think. A man that is OK with being rejected is truly confident.

The fear stems from you giving the women power over your emotions. You are allowing her rejection to elicit an emotion in you. Stop doing that. When she rejects you simply respond with "meh, she's missing out." And move on. Stop allowing women's reactions to you dictate how you feel about yourself.

In what context do you want to get over anxiety? If you want to approach girls then approach them like human beings and not anything else. They are not on a pedestal.

well maybe you're looking for some inspiration or motivation. hear it from me here's what i did. year's ago i have problems with AA too, then one day i saw this really cute girl in a swing. i said to my self " don't be a pussy, you have to do this. you don't wanna be that person anymore." as i walk towards her i kept talking to my head " don't turn back, don't turn back" then i never realized how easy it is once i've said "hi" then everything follows.

it's all about the motiviation, that you don't wanna be that person who sucked and can't talk to girls. Do it for yourself, motivate yourself with pure dedication that you don't wanna be that person anymore.

Approach anxiety only exists as long as it takes to approach. Once you say hi, it goes away. ^{But you might now have a different kind of anxiety :s}
