I suggest an outdoor activity, maybe a walk that ends at your place. The idea is that it's always good to come in from the cold, take off (half) your clothes and warm up together under a blanket, sipping hot wine.

Depending on how the roads are, driving is always an option. May not be the best for a first date but I've had enormous success with just driving around aimlessly or to even a fun destination (romantic look out point kinda thing) half the time gas station coffee and gas are cheaper than a regular date, a great chance to talk, get to know one another and exchange music.
