How do high value guys respond to flakes?

For one, keep calm; reacting with anger is unstable and immature.

If you are sure that they value you as someone greater, it's possible that they simply flaked due to legitimate reasons like work/lack of time. They might just be busy and you should be fine to try and set something up later, but if they're really interested, they'll express that they still want to do something another time.

If it's simply that they said they couldn't meet and nothing more, I would just move on.

If she sees you as being of higher social value than herself, then to even waste breath on her after she flakes would break that frame. Consider it a shit-test (whether or not it's actually the case, because if you debase yourself you will turn it into a failed shit-test). If a chick flakes on you, you owe it to yourself to focus on girls that actually mean and commit to what they say. You won't succeed with this one until she comes back without any prodding from you. It's tempting to think "there must be something I can do to win here" but the ball really is in her court.

My process for dealing with flakes: (I am somewhat of a nice guy so there is GENERALLY a 2nd chance.)

I set up a date -> She flakes (with legitimate reasoning) -> I don't set anything up after that but am open for another chance from her end.

I set up a date -> She flakes (with no excuse) -> Instant next

Never bring it up angrily. People have their own lives to take care of, so freaking out on a girl that had an actual important reason to not show up is pointless and unnecessary. I don't even talk about it, shit happens. Like I said, I'll be open for another chance if she's serious. I won't come off as all for it though, I'll be like, "I might be busy but if I can make it I'll let you know" or something like that. This shows her you're higher value and don't have time to waste on waiting for her.

Move on. There is no time for flakes. If they contact you again to hang out then its whatever, there flake doesn't effect me in the slightest. People flaking and not saying anything is more of them just being afraid to tell someone they can't hang out for whatever reason. Who am I to force someone to hang out with me. They didn't want to hang out then I am better off not getting together with them.

You can normally tell if someone is going to flake on you in advance of the actual flake.

The RSD guys in general seem to put a flake into a lower priority rotation for their texts, they still might try once or twice more or try to engage her, than that's basically it. No anger or confronting about it in general. It's a low investment for them to dash out another text or two.

You can try to text something that will get a flake to respond due to an emotional reaction due to what you said (without coming across angry/desperate). Absurdity or sarcasm done right can do that. But when you get that reaction, then you have to try to turn it back into attraction and then get a date pinned down, where she might flake again.

they don't respond at all. dont care if she doesnt put in effort to move it to sometime else. She missed her chance, move on.

Are you the guy who sat around and got upset, or are you the guy who went out and talked to other women to fill the space she left? Reacting angrily is about the worst thing to do.
