This is easy as hell on paper, but hard to "accept" in the moment: YOU NEED TO START IMMEDIATELY. Here's what works for me:

Hug her when you meet her. Don't shake her hand (that's awkward) and don't do nothing (that's slightly less awkward than shaking her hand, but it INITIATES this awkward limbo where now SHE feels awkward too-- neither party is really sure where this night is going). You're going to feel awkward no matter how you greet her. Have something planned to say after you open your front door and hug her. You've been texting, you have a rapport going-- just make some funny/silly comment, it doesn't take anything to break the ice, because 90% of people (including girls) feel somewhat awkward when first meeting another person, and they'll respond favorably to any ice breaker offered their way. "My house is impossible to find, how many times were you mugged? You can be honest" with a smile on your face. WITH A SMILE ON YOUR FACE. Good fucking god, a smile (I'm a perpetually smiley guy) will get you past so many trials and tribulations. And I mean a genuine smile. My whole face scrunches up and my eyes squint. I know it works because when I smile (and squint, and scrunch, and laugh), girls ALWAYS smile with me-- you come across as an easy going guy, it disarms people and they feel comfortable around you, because YOU feel comfortable.
Here's where you'll start to ignore my (correct) advice. Let's say you open the door, greet her and hug her, and give some semi-cheesy ice breaker like I mentioned above: "Hey it's impossible to find my house, were you mugged at all? I still get mugged when I overshoot my driveway after work most days". She'll laugh and probably respond in a simple fashion like "haha, no I found it just fine". Did she say "god I want to fuck you so badly"? No. You'll never get that response. The best you'll get is a laugh and some reply. This is plenty (you don't believe me, but this is PLENTY, and it took me years to finally grasp this) This is when I would squeeze her elbow and say "well that's good", and flash her a smile as I help her through the front door into my house. HOLY SHIT is this terrifying, you've seen her for literally 5 seconds and you're already touching her. Well, consider this thought: She's agreed to meet you (PERIOD, great start), you've implied that she should bring PJ's (which she was receptive to), and that you'll cook for her. This is where the impossible-to-accept logic of "assume attraction" really takes place. I bet you clenched your butt after EVERY message you sent this girl, thinking "shit I was too forward/not forward, I was dorky, I was cocky" and yet she responded to you each time, at which point you went "PHEW wow I doubted myself too hard, she's interested". And yet, you would send the next message to her response and again think "FUCK now I REALLY screwed the pooch here, I sounded stupid and she'll never respond", then she'll respond again and the cycle repeats.
SHIT I've got to run, I have a lot more to say, I'll get back to this if you dig my approach. Honestly it's just a lot more specific details on "assuming attraction" and being comfortable with yourself.

Im sorry but you really need no tips here except for grow a pair and do it. Girls arent stupid, you said come over to watch Netflix and bring Pjs and faced 0 resistance. She knows what she is coming for...so simply escalate and she will help you with it. Its that simple. All you have to do, is do it.

this is fucking brilliant on a number of levels (I’m definitely going to use it):

Allows you to gauge her initial reaction to the suggestion.

Lets her know that after dinner your intention is to get comfy and chill; not go out to a bar/club and not be her dancing monkey.

Unless she totally ignores the suggestion, should lead to sexual convo

Subliminally set her thinking about spending the night.

Allows you to gauge her intention by what she brings as PJs.
