Self Awareness.

This has allowed me to change/alter my personality to who I really am to show my upmost confidence. My most improved quality is how I talk and carry my voice. Why? because thats what we listen too! Your voice is one of your most powerful tools, second to body language. When you know how to use and manipulate your voice, you will become very powerful.

Its not the kind of words you use, its how you say them.

Femininity is attracted to masculinity. The more feminine she is, the more likely she's looking for masculinity. Pretty girls rarely date pretty boys in my experience. Truly understanding and believing the abundance mentality. It's the first step to true confidence and the bedrock of it in my opinion. Basically, you're yourself, if she doesn't like you, it wasn't meant to be anyways. Be a man. #BookOfPook Second, 0 or 2+, never date just 1 unless you're in a relationship. Getting a real job that pays significantly more than minimum wage. i finally moved away from parents house, pay my own bills and insurance, having money in a savungs account etc...Honestly making some disposible income is a huge confidence boost.

Well, 7 years ago back in high school, I used to be really scared of people in general, not just girls. Until my final year then, I fell in love with a girl and she was basically the one who approached me. It was beautiful... of course for a nerd. lol. There was one time we were together and she led me to close my eyes. She picked up my left hand, scribbled something across the underside of my hand and when I opened my eyes, I saw, "I love you" boldly written. I was so touched. I loved her so much. Weeks later, she left me. No notes, no parting words, no reasons. Just picked up and left town. She never returned my calls, never returned back my text messages. I later learned that she had left town completely and she was now with someone else. I was devastated. I mourned her for months and months and months. It was after this that my greatest change came. That heartbreak was my turning point. I began to study more about human interaction. I discovered about the pickup community and I got more interested in psychology generally, especially social psychology. It's been almost 8 years counting this year in. If I had never had that heartbreak, I would still be that boring nerd till now. Now, my social intelligence level is one I would really think is advanced and helps me in business, love and life in general.

After my breakup with my ex i let myself go and didnt even noticed it, physicaly and psychicaly((?) sry for my english, dunno if psychicaly means the same as i think it means xD) But then: after my graduation photos came home i saw me and thought: "Why am i looking so round? i was never that chubby!?" When i saw this i started to train and then i begun to improve my life in generell and this picture was my breaking point
