If you're not getting girls into bed within a few dates, it probably means that you're not being aggressive enough when it comes to physical escalation. You say you usually get a girl to kiss you, but just kissing her isn't enough to make her want to jump into bed with you. You should touch her early and touch her often. The purpose of this is to make her comfortable with the idea of you touching her. And you should keep testing her limits to see how far she'll let you go with her.

I suggest reading the DiCarlo Escalation Ladder (you can find it by doing a Google search). It will give you a good blueprint for how to escalate things physically, from light kino all the way to sex.

Of course, another reason you may have difficulty getting laid is because you're not establishing an emotional connection. Many women refuse to have sex with a guy unless they feel connected to him emotionally. The way to establish an emotional connection is though conversation: you open up and tell her personal things about yourself, and she will safe about doing the same with you. A nice side benefit of this is that sex is more satisfying if there's an emotional connection.

You need to run solid attraction. You also need to be assertive and clear intent.

This generally happen when you give off the more provider / nice guy vibe. You need to be more sexual and not afraid to be rejected by girls who only want relationships.
