Since this is a seduction reddit, I decided to attack the girls and social part of college. I went to a top 10 party school and right now, have had way more fun in life than I ever had during my college days.

Misconception: You won't be around nearly as many hot girls!

My school was at one point rated in the top 5 in terms of having hot girls but even the best sororities that were known for having dime pieces were usually full of plain janes and even ugly women. You had the odd 7 or 8s in those sororities but they were in no way the majority at all.

The one thing I have LOVED about life after college is that not only am I running into just as many hot girls, I am also around a variety of hot girls. The fact of the matter is that unless you are ONLY into suburban white girls, college pales in comparison to the real world. Most of the "hot" girls you run into in college are the typical bottle blonde suburban bimbos in sororities, that is the truth for most of these universities. After college, you get to run into latinas, foreign blondes, Asian women, and women of all varieties.

Misconception: Anyone can get laid in college bro!

I found that outside of the guys in prestigious fraternities and athletes, most guys at my university either had a lack of a sex life or had to rely on a girlfriend for sex. Some of the guys in theater and art got laid by girls in their major but that is about it. I know more guys who are doing better now than they were in college.

One thing I have found is that cold approach and pickup techniques work much better after college while in college, you had to have some status to get the better looking girls. The guys I know who did well with girls in college literally invested their entire life and time into it, most of them were playing social politics left to right to have any luck at all. Lets not forget, campus rape accusations are a thing these days!

So why is it that everyone hypes college up so much?

I have a few reasons for it:

  1. Media/Big companies

College is a business and businesses need promotion. You pay more for staying in dorms and getting the "college experience" so companies and big business are trying to push this notion that college is your last chance to have anything resembling an active sex life. People and society are slaves to media and media is hellbent on pushing the college experience down our throats, so we get this shit.

  1. People amount to nothing after college

Most people work dead end jobs after college and amount to nothing socially. No one wants to move to that big city or hit the bar scene so they say life after college sucks.

Just wanted to make it clear to all though, the college experience is very overrated.
