Happened to me once. Thankfully, she agreed to go to a hotel.

Use the Hotel Tonight app (or other similar app) to find great rates for good hotels at the last minute.

This makes it easy to take her somewhere nice without breaking the bank.

You can also make it into a special occasion or something spontaneous and fun ("Hey, I've always wanted to check out X hotel...we can pretend we're on vacation!"...etc.). If there's a nice bar, have a drink first...to build tension and/or get comfortable.

Hotels are fun...so just don't make it seem like it's a convenient just-for-sex option.
