Yes, absolutely ok to approach without an eye invitation. You can then build attraction and you'll start to see that eye contact you mention

Well, last week I was like crazy for this chick, like almost literally drooling but she wouldnt even look at me. My friend told me 'to let her go' cause she was not interested. I told her hi, asked her name and grabbed her hand and eventually I kissed her, well stole the kiss ha! She laughed and told me why did I did that, told her i wanted to and she liked that.

The point is that if I got a girl that wasn't 'inviting' me, you can too.

I asked her why was she like that since it was pretty obvious I was interested in her and she told me she was waiting for me to approach her. Lol so yes, a chicks mind is pretty confusing so, just approach, say hi and your name and if she is interested she will follow up with the conversation! :)

When she makes eye contact and looks away, which direction does she look?

Also, staring is the wrong word and you CAN approach regardless...just don't sneak up on her or approach from behind.

Yes it is worth approaching these girls. You don't know why she didn't stare at you. For all you know she was so attracted to you she got shy and embarrassed she'd even looked.
