Walk up, Introduce yourself and start talking to them like you know them and just haven't seen them in a while.

How have you been?

Did you get into trouble last weekend?

What are you up too?

Relax, smile, and make good eye contact. The conversation should flow from there. If it doesn't; hey I gotta run it was great meeting you, I'll see you around enjoy the rest of your day.

Move on to the next girl.

Start a conversation that's all your trying to do, it's up to the other party if they want to Continue the conversation. If not you'll go find someone who what to talk to you.

Hi approachpeople, it comes down to this:

You are an experience that women have. Women are an experience that you have.

The reason you've felt uncomfortable is that you perceive the "beautiful woman experience" to be much higher value than the "you experience" they would have when you approach them.

Your self-perception -- how valuable you think your "you experience" is to women -- can be changed in two ways before you ever take any risks:

(1) Realize what is already valuable about experiencing you that you may not have thought about much before. For example, are you comfortable in your own skin, are you pleasant to be around, are you fun or funny, are you mysterious and intriguing, are you good-looking, etc?

(2) Once you've realized that you're already a more valuable experience than you thought you were, then work on increasing your "experience value" further across three areas: your looks (mostly about how well you take care of your body and how well your clothes fit you), your interpersonal skills, and your personality/vibe in general.

There is no shortcut to feeling genuinely confident around women, including the "Just do it, man!" approach, which is incredibly anxiety-inducing for most reserved men. If you're feeling anxious, how the hell is she going to feel good around you? She can't.

Therefore, the best way to approach women and feel great about it (and have them feel great around you too and want more of you) is to realize what's already attractive about you and then work to enhance that further.

Once you're doing that, you'll already feel more confident to approach women, even before you've "arrived."

Wow, thank you guys so much for responding!!

I have another question: is it okay to pursue a woman, even if my life isn't 100% in order? I mean, I would really like to have girls in my life, but I'm not 100% with myself. Though I'm improving everyday, I work out, I take care of myself, I like my job, it's just that I'm lacking in some fields (very few friends).

Can I improve, but at the same time go after girls? Or, first improve, then girls? I feel that I'll never reach 100% life order, and I'm just stalling, what do you think?

Don't approach random ones, approach the ones you are attracted to. You aren't random either, you are confident and fun. And you aren't interrupting them--they love talking to confident fun guys. Assume attraction.

I don't tell them they are beautiful, but you are welcome to.
