If it feels like it's too early, you're probably right. I have aspergers, so I'm terrible about picking up on things, but even I can take cues on when to escalate.

Think of something that will introduce a conversation that will naturally bring up her being cute.

For instance last night, a girl and I were in day 2 of texting. It was like 1am. She sent me a pic of her watching Star Wars. I sent a pic of me giving the thumbs up, knowing this would lead to her sending me a pic of herself, that most likely, she prob took like 10 times to get right lol. Obviously, this was the time to let her know how attractive I thought she was.

Honestly, sometimes going direct via msg can scare girls off. Happened to me before.

Just tell her she seems like a cool person and you want to grab a coffee with her. Then ask what's the best way to contact. Judge her reaction from there and judge whether you want to escalate once you're getting to know her better; subtle kino etc.

Note; most of the attraction building will be in person. She will come out if she's open to meeting you but this could either be as friends or something more. It's up to you to take action. Finally don't be one of those guys constantly messaging her. No one builds attraction purely over text.

Lastly, this is a girl you regularly see. I would suggest polarising her / telling her you find her attractive if you're not going to see her again but with this one you can build up attraction without putting on the pressure on her.

Find something else about her than her looks.....if she truly is a 7 or higher....hearing that she is attractive makes you sound like every other guy who cruises by.

If you really want to stand out...talk to her and find something which she values and compliment that instead.

During the first date, maybe the second, but after you've built up a connection. If you start off by telling a girl she's attractive, she may think that's the only think you're interested in. Get to know her a bit and appreciate the person she is, and then say something like "I know it's out of the blue, but I think you're really [insert complimentary word here]."

Don't be afraid to flirt when you hang out, but be fun, not complimentary. Make jokes, tease her a bit, be silly, all that jazz. You want her to know that you're romantically interested.

It's never bad to compliment something truthfully. Like, when you meet, telling her "hello! Wow you look beautiful today". Girls spend so much time getting ready and they have many insecurities about themselves. Show her that you notice and respect that. They make that because they feel better and they want to. But you can still notice it and make her day just by telling her. The key is to not be too needy. Like "hello! Wow you are really pretty. I think your outfit suits you perfectly! And you have such beautiful eyes." too much.

During your date you can also point out as another user has commented. Are you having a tea and after chatting a little bit there is a moment of silence (if you know how to be comfortable with them, it will show security and value)? Look at her in the eyes and tell her "oh, by the way, I think you look very attractive today" and half smile. Boom. Done. She will say thank you and you can keep going.

Remember the word attractive. You want her to feel and know you find her attractive or beautiful. Attractive is stronger. Direct. Sexual. Kind of. The important thing is how you say things (how you express the idea), not the things you say (the point you want to make).
