Sounds like you attach yourself to the first bit of attention you get, which yes, would be offputting. You definitely need a better perspective on girls, and more self esteem.

It's gonna be hard to do that without fucking a few first though. For now, I'd recommend meeting girls in places where you are essentially an alpha. For example; if you're a musician, make sure you're fucking good. Women who like music will be drawn to you and will want your "expertise", they'll see you as an alpha of music. Same applies to having an office job. You just need to be the bees knees in whatever you do.

It would be very hard for me to give someone in your position more advice without writing a damn essay.

Look, basically it's this: just go and meet girls, and fuck as many as you can. I don't care who it is, as long as it's not your family members or small children. Just get laid as often as you can. You need to catch up and realise that not every woman deserves your time and attention. Learn to filter them out which is a process that can only be done when you take the pussy off the pedestal.

Get your shit together first. -Work out -chill with friends -go out with friends, whether you approach or not. Make sure you are relaxed in the setting first.

Yes, you need to get laid more often. However, that doesn't mean you won't get crushes, you just won't crush on any girl who shows you attention.

After a year of reading and applying stuff from here I'm in a position of abundance -- I don't have enough time for the women who are interested in me.. and yet I developed an almost instant crush on some girl I saw at the gym yesterday. The difference is in the past I would obsess and make the crush worse, whereas now I'll just ask her out before it gets out of control.

Meets lots of women until they lose their enchanting hold on you, then you'll appreciate them for the people they are (if they deserve it).

First, have a lot of things going on. When you're living a full, rich life with a good balance of hobbies, chores, time with friends, etc., your mind will stay busy and you won't get sucked into that temptation of fantasizing about someone all day.

Second, yes... you need to get more exposure to more women and definitely more lays. When you're always meeting new women you'll easily shift to an abundance mentality and the urgency to tie something down will go away.

I actually think this is a good thing. You can't fake desire and you like lots of women. From there I would actually work with your clinginess. Sounds crazy but go ahead and admit you're a boyfriend who likes to take care of his girl and be around her a lot. A lot of girls like these sorts of guys, we all have friends who disappear when they get gfs. It's okay.

I guess what I'm trying to say is own the shitty parts of yourself. It may not work as a beginner but it will get you over that feeling even faster. The reactions women give you will let you know what's up and from there you can decide to be less needy ON YOUR OWN and not because you're supposed to (this is the important part). You may always be a nurturer kind a guy. Don't worry, these guys still have hot gfs too.
