If you see a girl you like, just go for it. Talk to her. Worst case scenario she doesn't take to you or walks off etc. Then you go back to your mates, without regrets, and continue your night/day. This would have been my first approach.

After doing my research on r/seduction I went out to an event where I knew there would be lots of people I know. I didn't really have many close friends there so I hung out with a few different groups. I was with a couple guys when I saw an attractive girl. I felt I could approach her, as she wasn't so attractive that I was intimidated, but she was attractive enough that I wanted to talk to her. She had 2 friends with her.

I kept waiting for the right moment, and thinking about what to say. Eventually I made the decision to approach her. I turned to my friends and told them I was gonna go talk to her, and I looked up and she was gone. I immediately regretted not approaching her earlier, and told myself there will be other girls, but I still felt bad. And this brings me back to what so many have said here before.

There will never be "the right moment". It doesn't exist. This is life, not a fairy tale or movie.

Just do it. And don't make the same mistakes I did.
