I'm 27 and dating a woman who is 40 years old. Our conversations and sex is fine and we enjoy each other company. The problem is that she very rarely takes initiative and I'm always the one who set up going out, going to places etc. She usually accepts my plans but I would like her to take initiative more. I would like to clarify we are not in a relationship, more a fwb situation. What do you suggest?
