I was able to do some eavesdropping on a friend (of a friend) last night.

From what I gather he gets laid, although for all I know, it could be through social circle, so I don't know if I have anything to learn from his cold approach game.

He also didn't seem to be aware of 'pickup' and 'game', so I guess he's not read anything about this stuff

To give you an idea of the sort of things he says, last night I saw him open a girl with something like ''Hey. you look like someone worth meeting''. She was like ''Why?'' and he said ''You've got that look in your eye!''. She said ''what look'', and he said ''I'll tell you later''. She kind of teased him and was keen to know what he meant. Then he just cut her off and changed the topic and was like ''I'm gonna guess what you do for a job....I have a gift for guesing''. And she said ''go on, then!'', and he looked her up and down for a while and said ''Tree surgeon!'' and then he started laughing, I guess because it's a masculine job for strong guys and she was fairly petite and all glammed up.

She kind of punched him. Then he just started asking her questions which I guess could have seemed 'over keen' to me, but he said it in a kind of playful, almost sarcastic way? Questions like ''Tell me how you got so pretty'' and ''tell me everything about you!''

Showing too much interest? Should have been somehow making her chase him etc?

He was also touching her a bit and she didn't seem to mind at all.

I can't remember everything he said, but she definitely seemed to be enjoying the conversation, but at the same time, is that 'game'?

Is there anything to learn from the snippets of conversation I described?

Shouldn't he have been saying things to elicit certain different emotions in her? Was it too clown like? Too 'weird'?

I kind of imagine the girl was thinking ''this guy is funny and interesting and maybe a bit unusual/weird'', and not necessarily ''I wanna bang this guy. He's sexy!''

You know? It wasn't James Bond! Can't imagine him talking to girls like this guy did!!

But then, someone like sasha PUA seems a bit like that from what I've seen, and he teaches this stuff! (and Maybe in real life, James Bond was just bore the ass off of girls in a bar!!?)

Is there really such thing as 'correct' when it comes to game?
