Don't give up! You just have your goals set on the wrong target! You should be going out and doing things you enjoy doing! If you don't have hobbies find one, do something that interests you. Your priority should never be a girl/girls. It's ironic, but the more you don't focus on getting girls, and you focus on being a better you is when getting girls is easier.
