Phrase it as a statement not as a question. Its bold yet not intimidating. "We should go see that movie this weekend" Notice the WE and that it isn't a question. Its you are going and you are taking her with you, women like that kind of boldness.

"hey, I'm doing X activity this Friday, you should come along, it would be a lot more fun if you came."

You're doing 2 things here, you're not asking her out, but you are and you're giving value by invite her to experience your fun.

Make it as casual and simple as possible and lead make it easy for her to say yes don't frame it as a date make her wonder attraction is leading and no needing remember to start physicality on the date and kiss her or try asap to set the frame

If I can tack on to that advice:

She's just a person. The more you'll build her up in your head, the more hard it gets, and if she declines, the worse you'll feel. Again: she is just a human being. Nothing special about her - not in a mean way, she could be cool, but there are billions of people alive. Someone is like her, or even better.

With that in mind, ask her out. Celebrate if yes but most importantly, bounce back if it's no.

Because she's just a person.

I get so exhausted by all the "let me tell you about my unique situation" posts, where everyone thinks a wall of text will make the internet magically give them the perfect advice to take away their insecurity and get her to say yes.

Assuming you have built some rapport with her, and can talk to her.

"Hey, I like talking to you, lets go out after [whenever] and get something to eat"

Don't ask her (do you want to go out...), be manly and tell her (let's go out...)
