It's healthy, but it comes down to not becoming obsessive about it. Wanting to sleep with a girl you find attractive is perfectly normal.

If you are a virgin and want to become good with girls, this mindset is effective.

I would go as far to say that if you don't have this mindset, you will not lose your virginity unless you get lucky. You certainly won't become good with girls.

You have to learn how to take the lead. To be able to do that, you have to be single minded for a while. After you have slept with 20+ girls, you can lose this attitude a bit.

You should start with the goal of having a pleasant conversation with a woman. Forget about the goal of sleeping with the woman, that is a long term goal that will interfere with your short term goal: you have to talk to her first.

Don't be outcome dependant. You should be having genuine fun in the interaction, at that very moment, rather than being stuck in your head over thinking. Know that sex will come if you don't make it a big deal. Still keep a man to woman mind set though, not friend to friend.

No, Your goal should just be escalating. If it leads to sex , bonus. But at this point you should make your objective escalating further than you did last time. Making sex your objective right off the bat puts you in a mindset where you can lose. If your only goal is beating your past performance than your "victory" is based on yourself and is a better mindset to have because your emotions wont be based on anything she does, or does not do
