I’m wondering if anyone here has been addicted to porn in the past and if so, what did they do to get past it. I wouldn’t consider myself an incel but I think porn addiction is a common thing in incels so I was wondering if anyone here has some advice. I was exposed to porn at a very young age and I watch it almost every day, it has completely rotted my brain at this point. My views of women and relationships have been greatly affected by this. Whenever I try to stop it only last a few days before I can’t resist and start watching it again.

I usually just default to watching porn when I’m bored. I have hobbies and things that I love doing but I often lack motivation to do these things and just end up watching porn. It’s become a vicious cycle. Im depressed because I watch too much porn, but then I end up watching more porn because I’m depressed.

Not sure if this is the best subreddit to ask this question but any advice would be appreciated.
