I'm about to tell you some things that you need to take to heart because you will encounter it over and over and over again with women:

You must always play it cool. You cannot allow the little annoying things that women do to cause any ripples in the pond of your life. Women create way more chaos and drama in their lives than is necessary, but as a man, you need to weather that storm.
If she cancels on you, you must be indifferent (or at least appear to be). If something like canceling a date causes you to freak out, she will sense weakness, and that's game over for you.
Try to give her the benefit of the doubt. You don't know what's going on in her life, so she may very well have a legitimate reason. Plus, a two day advance notice is more believable than a two hour one.
All that being said, HAVE BOUNDARIES. If her rescheduling/canceling becomes a pattern, you need to call her out on it. But don't do it in a reactionary way; you can't let her know that it got under your skin. But you need to let her know that she's not being respectful of you or your time, and you're not going to tolerate that.
So when she flakes (assuming it hasn't become a pattern yet) just say something like "No problem, catch up with you another time". When you see her, act like you completely forgot about it, like it never happened. Play it cool. Be indifferent.
If it does become a pattern and you call her out on it, one of two things will happen: if she's actually interested, she will make a concerted effort to make definite plans with you, because she doesn't want you to walk out of her life (which you must be willing to do). If she's not interested, you'll just get more excuses, apologies and bullshit, with no action to back it up. If that happens, pull the ball in her court to contact and make plans if she wants to see you again, and then walk away. You'll probably never hear from her again.
Last thing I'll say is this: if you are counting the minutes or hours it's been since she responded, it tells me that you don't have enough going on in your life to occupy your time. She's probably not playing games with you - she was probably just busy and forgot to respond. You should be so busy that you don't even notice how long it took to respond. Seriously, when I was checking the clock to see how long it had been since a woman responded, it was because I was sitting on the couch watching tv or playing video games. Now, I work out, I cook meals, I practice guitar, I read, I go out in dates, I socialize with friends, and now I'm the one who forgets to respond for a day or two. Fill your life with your own shit and stop worrying about what other people are doing in theirs.

I just saw her there, said hello, I didn't bring it up but she apologised immediately about it (probably cause she didn't wanna be awkward) however she didn't offer another date so I guess she is not interested she seems to be like kind of avoiding me in the gym but I don't know if that's just my mind playing tricks on me

But yeah my life is just studying right now so this is the most excitement I'm gonna get at the moment, sucks that i failed before I even got the date!

Well I asked her what time she wanted to meet, she probably would of just left it until the day of the date to let me know I feel like
