Honestly, the first time I'm with a woman I have the same problem from anxiety. I get all in my head about what the woman must be expecting and fear that I won't live up to her past experiences.

You've been getting some really shitty advice in this thread. Coming from somebody who has experimented from all kinds of recreational drugs, from viagra, to psychedelics, to steroids, you do do not need to immediately start off with Viagra or Cialis. Yeah, these drugs are effective. Yeah, you'll have ungodly boners. No, they will do nothing to actually fix the issues that are present causing the symptoms, they will only mask them. These drugs are great things to have WHILE you are actively addressing the issues, not as an end all solution, especially at your age. This coming from somebody who fucking loves boner pills.

Get bloodwork done. This can be either through your family doctor or you can get it done privately through Private MD Labs for about $60 - $150. Get these levels tested:

Testosterone
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin
Estradiol (get the sensitive assay)
Prolactin
Cortisol (morning saliva test)
General thyroid test with T3 and T4

Based on your ability to get it hard and inability to keep it hard for a woman, I'm going to go out on a limb and say you have low testosterone and your body is trying to compensate by generating more estrogen (estradiol) to drive your balls to produce my testosterone. Our entire generation has issues with Low T, it's literally happening to so many people right now that Private MD Labs just lowered their reference range on testosterone to account for "healthy averages", even those healthy averages are based on a population of inactive, obese individuals.

I cannot tell you enough how much it is worth knocking these tests out of the way, and I'm almost sure that you will find an discrepancy on these particular hormones. If you have the confidence and swagger to have brought home as many girls as you have, then you don't have mental (psychogenic) erection issues, you probably have a hormonal issue that needs to be addressed by a medical physician.

A shot in the dark is watch less porn and if that doesn't work maybe you should try getting more comfortable with the girl. Next time you're in bed relax your muscles and really think about whatever turns you on. Real talk, get a Viagra prescription. Describe what's been happening to a doctor and they'll give you one, no questions asked (unless you have a heart problem, I guess). You can try mental gymnastics all you want, but a great way to feel confident again is with some good experiences, and that's what Viagra will give you.

If you're low on money, and in the US, you can see about getting a sample pack and split the 100mg pills in half. After that, phone a Canadian pharmacy and you can get generics mailed for about a dollar per pill, which can also be split.

Buy a small pill fob you can put on your keychain so you always have one or two Viagra with you wherever you go. That you are having thoughts about some popcorn you ate the other day says you are deep in your head. Viagra doesn't care about that. You can struggle with this as long as you want to, or you can go straight to the solution. Your choice.

Haven't tried Cialis myself, but that'd work too, of course.

Maybe this is a small quibble, given the subject matter, but when it comes to any area of your life its pretty important. (whether its how confident you are a stock price will go up, how confident you are your GF isnt cheating on you, how confident you are you dont have a health problem, etc)
