So this is my third time ever going to a club. I am 29, a lawyer, and just never spent time going to clubs when I was younger. I focused on school and just didn't focus that much on women. Since I have discovered this subreddit, I really have been a bit obsessed with learning seduction, with focusing entirely on day game.

So after my failed attempt at my last club experience in my previous FR, I decided to give it another go.

  • Dancing -

I tried my best to come to the club with the intention of just having fun foremost and women second. And really, I was looking forward to just dancing. I box so I have some sense of a rhythm, and feel comfortable moving my body. Dancing was fun, but I also don't drink, so part of the experience really just felt kind of ridiculous. Everywhere I read stated that if you find a spot on the dance floor, dance by yourself and have fun, without acting like you are looking for a girl, women will inevitably flock to you because 1) you are having fun and 2) they want validation in the club and you are not giving it. I had maybe, one girl, come dance near me the entire time. When I first came in around 10 pm, it made sense to do this because the dance floor is less crowded and you are more likely to be noticed. When it was closer to 1 am before I left, it really think my chances of being noticed dropped just by the sheer number and ability to be lost in the crowd. But all in all, it was still kind of fun to dance by myself, even if I seemed ridiculous and was totally getting sweaty. At the very least, it helped create mindset of zero fucks given, which, isn't that the whole point of this thing?

  • Approaches -

I approached approximately seven women or so. None were successful. The first one I approached was a cute nurse who was near my age (since most of the people there were college kids). She laughed and was having fun but she didn't reciprocate the questions I asked her about her job or age, and she later left when her friend came. I later asked her to dance and she said no. That was probably the only girl I had a conversation with, and that was easier for me than approaching women on the dance floor since it was more akin to day game in terms of just talking to someone. After that, I realized that women wouldn't be near me while dancing, I just decided to walk up to beautiful women who were dancing, and get close and tell them "I have to dance with you since you are the most beautiful girl at the club" Most girls smiled but then would come up with some type of excuse like they are dancing with their friends or just not say anything. I saw so many other guys just coming up to women and dancing with them, grinding them from behind like it was totally normal. That seemed super creepy to me, without at least talking to the girl face to face and transitioning that way, but hey, if the girl is fine with it, who am I to say. After all I was the one with zero success and those guys weren't.

My main focus was to have fun, but to also really just dance with a hottie, and see if being grinded on is really that worth it since it hasn't happened to me. I didn't just focus on women, but also talked to three guys. First guy was at the water cooler and ignored me. Second guy ended up being super cool we traded numbers and wanted to invite me out for future parties, and the last guy was dancing near one of the women I was trying to approach just so I came off as a friendly guy meeting the people she was with.

TL;DR - Got out of my comfort zone and did something I normally don't do. I didn't have any success, but hey, I got a dude's number. Which totally was my end game, obviously. I also woke up for my boxing class at 6:45 am despite only having 4 hours of sleep, so hey, my night didn't ruin everything.
