There's a real possibility she may not want to anymore if you are in college or later (in high school maybe it's more of the norm). If it's obvious you aren't experienced and you are young, it will probably come up. Some people have a stigma against taking someone's virginity (or probably safely think it'll be shitty sex), so I would say lose it at all costs, as getting it over with will benefit you greatly in the long run.

The important thing is not whether you cater to you insecurity by trying to get her to say it's okay you're a virgin.

The important thing is to do your homework. We live in the Information Age, man. There's no excuse to not be well-read on sex. There's no excuse to not know about things like:

The female (and male) g-spots and their locations
The different male and female orgasms and recommendations for how to reach them.
Foreplay and recommendations of how to go about it.
Oral and how you might go about it. This video is a little ridiculous but kind of on the mark.
Different sexual positions and how to get into them.

All this shit is Google-able and there's no excuse to not know about it. Aside from this, make sure your own personal research is down as to things like:
