New to PU. How do I regularly practice without having to go to a club, but without directly jumping into approaching random women on the street?

Seduction/Game is just like anything else in the world. You can spend as much time as you want learning how to ride a bike, but until you actually get on the bike and start pedaling its harder to conceptualize the material you read about.

Try to avoid circling around mental masturbation like a revolving door. I'm still learning, but one of the things I realized early on was that I was clinging to material in the hopes that my game improved, but it just kept me going back to it because it held instant gratification and it made me feel like my game was improving when I read it. Don't get me wrong, material has a time and place, but the only point I'm trying to make is putting things into practice is the only way to actually get better. That means that eventually you'll have to recognize that anxiety doesn't go away and even with practice it's still there, just easier to manage.

If you want to practice game without it being high intensity try going out with your expectations separated. Understand that the finish line or end goal shouldn't be defining your sets and life moves according to its own beat. Seduction is about intertwining the social with the sexual. If you lack in fundamental social skills, go out and work on creating your personality, or the way you talk to people. You don't even need to approach any women with the intention of anything happening. Just try to have fun and understand that people don't have to fuck with you. If people don't fuck with you its okay because you're a centered man who is separated from your expectations and you can enjoy the moment. The sexual aspect of game encompasses the escalation aspect of seduction, your intentions, flirting, sexual energy, types of kino you use etc. This part of game is a little bit harder to work on without actually talking to women. This is also the part I struggle the most with myself only because I already have a pretty good idea on how to talk to people in general. I hope my rant wasn't too much, but my point is that without getting on the bike and pedalling you'll never learn how to ride. Use training wheels if you need to at first, using social approaches and understand you don't have to start flying down the driveway at full speed off the bat. Stay breezy.

So, right off the bat I can already tell you that you need to sort yourself before you try to approach others.

I used to do this, and until I learnt to love myself and become very comfortable with myself, I would always start out strong and then once I was regularly dating (non-exclusive, generally early stages of dating and feeling one another out) would fuck everything up.

Take the time to sort your own wants/needs/hang ups and then worry about dating.

As far as that goes, however, I recommend talking to lots of different people any chance you get. Be it in line for something, at the grocery store etc. Ideally, you want to get comfortable with making conversation with all sorts of strangers; it helps you become more comfortable in new social situations that would generally throw you off.

Why not become a regular at a bar. Learn to play darts or pool to a decent level. Whenever you go to the bar you will get a little confidence boost because people will know you, you will feel welcome, this is your domain, and you’ll be able to invite women to come play with you and your wingman which shows leadership/fun/confidence. Not only will you gain a new hobby, but you’ll also make a lot of guy friends as you wait for girls to come and go. Shooting the shit is much more fun over a game of pool/darts in my opinion.
