Pretty much all of my closest friends are useless with women, and it's impossible to attract girls when around them. I'm far from prince charming, but I'm decently attractive and willing to learn. None of them would even entertain the idea of pickup/seduction.

So has anyone else had this problem? If so, how'd you get around it?
