Lmao this happened to me like a year ago and I gave the worst response because of my severe lack of experience with women and it was before I understood the rules of attraction. I actually don't know what I would say now, but I probably would go with it and playfully say that we are in love because the girl in my scenerio would have found it funny and probably would dig the confidence. The most optimal thing probably is some push-pull line where it makes it like she would have to win you over for the relationship to happen
