Today my girlfriend quit her food service job. I texted her ~6:00 PM and found myself still awaiting a response at 11:00 PM. I then noticed that she was active on twitter chatting with some of her male coworkers, I suspect texting them as well. I wished her goodnight and she immediately responded apologizing and saying she was still up, but I ignored her and went to bed. I woke up this morning to find she hadn't said anything else, and continued to chat with her coworkers.

Pardon my insecurity but that just felt like a slap in the face. I'm having doubts about the relationship if I have to put up with BS like this. What would TRP do in this situation? I was thinking of just going cold on her but she might interpret that as passive-aggressive bitterness on my part.

EDIT: Alright now she seems to be running some dread. She was talking about how the place was really going downhill and I mentioned how it was the perfect time for her to quit then, and she says "Definitely also john got fired apparently so I definitely picked an ideal time to quit."

John (name censored) is one of the coworkers she was chatting with. She's never even really talked about him until now.
