I'm in my late 20s and have been in about 5 brief relationships. In high school, I was that bullied kid who wasn't cool with the guys and unattractive to the girls. Over time, this developed into a fierce, aggressive competition against men and disgust for women.

Years later, the way I think about women has been warped - to the point that I've convinced myself some beliefs like:

  • Women don't want to date an Asian man, only attractive white guys.
  • I need to earn a higher income to impress women.
  • Women only want the cream of the crop of men, which I am not
  • Women are eager to cheat to find a stronger, better man

After years of having a crappy, close to nonexistent dating life (no wonder), I realize it's my own beliefs that I've solidified over years and years of depression and bullying.

How can I end these negative beliefs and see dating in a different, productive, perspective?

TL;DR: OP realizes he needs to change his view on women if he ever wants to have a dating life, but doesn't know how to change perspective.
