So I live on residence at my uni. I met a girl in the Rec Room and after an hour's chatting she invited me over to her room to watch a movie. Got there after dark. We talked for a bit in her room before we watched the movie. She turned off the lights and we lied down on the ground next to each other to watch the film. Wasn't awkward at all. I don't know if she was interested in me or not, but nothing ended up happening between us that night. I said goodbye at the end and that was it. I did get her phone number though.

Told my mates about it and they were all so mad with me that I didn't "make a move" because apparently I wasn't "reading the signs". Was she actually into me or did she just genuinely want to watch a movie with a friendly person?
