Would you really be on seddit if your only though was to not break eye contact?

Look, you obviously have massive concerns over eye contact which implies that you don't do it enough. When you speak to someone make eye contact, someone with your reservations likely can't go overboard.

People saying make 75% eye contact or break yada yada when bum bum talk bollocks. Ask yourself in your history as a living fucking organism have you ever had repeated issue with someones eye contact? It's likely no. The person you speak to at your job isn't timing your eyes, they have their own thoughts. When you speak to them, look at them. It's simple.

You're at WORK. You're supposed to be friendly. The problem there is that this is your job description, so trying to hit on girls you meet at work, is problematic because you're supposed to maintain a certain level of professionalism.

They're giggling and staring. I assume they're saying something that indicates they think you're cute.

You're obsessing over nonsense, worrying about what degree of eye contact you need, since you already have them on the hook.

When you talk to someone and are interacting with them, just look them in the eyes. Not some psycho stare. And you should still be aware of what's going on around you; it's normal to look around a little at other things even when you're interacting with someone.

You are *supposed* to break it. That shows you control the situation...
BUT!
Break it sideways, not down. It's really important. Down shows your are subversive. Sideways shows you are on equal ground. You can also play with breaking eye contacts upwards if you feel extra playful.

But most important: Throw in a smile just before you break, just long enough for her to respond with a smile herself.

If she did smile, feel free to engage her with another round of eye sex a few minutes later at the correct moment. Dont rush it though

In my sincere opinion you should break it once in a while, to make it look like the girls aren't being hunted. Most of them would be relieved and be more open to talk. I've practiced this only a few times so I don't know how much can that work for you. Also if you are over 20 stop making eye contact with teen girls, that is creepy in my opinion.

Go tou youtube and watch Tom Torero's stuff. Many people use his advice not to be a pickup artist but to just get a girlfriend. Another interesting channel is faraboveaverage. He goes into detail about how and why eye contact in one of his videos.
