This is a straightforward question. I'm curious to hear from people here on what observable differences they have noticed between girls that go to gym on a fairly daily basis versus the girls that tend to be more sedentary. I understand exercise provides tremendous benefits for mental and physical well being across the board, but with girls being the emotional beings that they are, have any of you noticed if they tend to be more emotionally stable? Their hamster doesn't hamster as much? Things of that nature.
Thanks in advance.
