My warmup routine:

Ask where something is.

Ask where something is and ask name. Tell them to enjoy their day.

Asking where some thing is + name + compliment.

Just compliment

Direct approach. (Hi, youre cute!)

Take as much time as you need between these steps to slowly expand your comfort zone.

Ah yes, the beginning phases, I told someone else this today as well, you remind me of me from 5 years ago. Approach anxiety never goes away, ever. I’ve been actively approaching women for over 5 years and I’ve liked girls for 14 years now. It’s how you deal with it, when I first started, I would see a girl and approach her in the first 3 seconds, any longer and I was too late. My main focus is daygame, it’s what I do the best so I can share some of my experience. I started with the 100 women trick, go out to a populated area full of women you will never really see again and ask out 100 of them. Obviously run your approach and try, just the point is to do this with 100 women. When I did it, it didn’t take me very long, Spring break in Panama City Florida = Plenty of women willing to have sex. If it makes you feel any better I was unsuccessful with all of them so I’m definitely not a Natural. Daygame has a relatively similar flow from woman to woman, approach and comment on something in your vicinity that has her attention, that way she’ll be interested. This is the only time it’s ok to lie, I mean play stupid. If you’re in the grocery store, ask her about a brand of something that isn’t there and have her think about the name with you. Begin conversation about that item, lead it to other things in life, from life to relationships (Find out if she has a husband. I say husband because married women tend be actually committed. Girls with boyfriends, not so much, and if she for some reason is committed, you never hit on her, ALWAYS have plausible deniability). But anyway, the conversation goes from relationships to sex, and from sex to getting her number. Some things to remember is that women like sex too, sometimes more than men. It’s why they offer it as compensation all the time. Once you get proficient, you’ll realize that more and more girls will sleep with you on the first date, why is that? Warning incoming misogynistic truth - That’s the only way they can think of attracting you to them. A lot of girls are self conscious about their ability to attract men, it’s why they wear make up to the gym and try as hard as possible to look attractive. Girls that don’t try and are still beautiful, not cute (they’re different), are your 10s. Anyway all game starts inwardly, I strongly suggest having a life (a job, a hobby, a passion other than women, consistent transportation, and goals) before approaching any women. If you’re not working out, start. Women like strong, fit guys no matter where you are in the world. Being in shape will cover almost any bad traits you have except for bad hygiene (I’m 5’7 on a good day and balding). This isn’t 100% but the 1 % of girls that don’t like you, fuck them, they’ll end up with some beta (I’ve seen that happen plenty of times and they occasionally hit me up though out the past few years). The point is game starts from within and then exudes outwards, you’ll have a much easier time with proper inner game that someone without. Welcome to the new world order, brother and happy hunting.

Learn how to go direct. That's giving a direct compliment like "Hi, I just thought you were cute and wanted to say Hi. I'm Bill."

Most guys suffer from approach anxiety, and not knowing what to say. Because you don't know what to say, you have anxiety, and vice versa.

The only way to learn what to say, is from practice. The only way to get rid of aa, is to practice.

So, you need to approach a lot of women. 80 percent action, 20 percent study is a good rule of thumb.

If you’re a beginner you’ll notice that you will feel enormous anxiety when approaching a girl. So the first step is to get over that. Start approaching girls without the intention of getting their numbers - say hi, give them a compliment on their clothing, have a small conversation, say goodbye.

This will get you over approach anxiety and will get you more socialised in general.

Then move on to starting a conversation, then tell them you’d like to (for example) grab a coffee sometime. If they she yes, great. If she says no, who cares, move on to the next.

You’ll need to learn game. Inner AND outer game. Not one - both. Can’t stress this enough. Read, pick up hobbies, socialise.

This should be a good start for now, good luck and enjoy yourself.

Don't start just with women. You have to be all-round Mr Sociable Guy. You don't have to be super chatty but you need to be able to look anybody in the eye, listen really well and answer or ask the occasional question.

If you can do that with any old person it's not much harder to do it with an attractive woman.

To get over that last hurdle, after learning to listen to people really well I de-sensitized myself to women by looking at a beautiful girl's face on instagram or in a fashion model picture, and staring deeply into her eyes. Feeling the thrill of her beauty and practicing being completely calm and unfazed by it.

The eye contact should be direct, but your inner thoughts are what make it non-creepy. You should feel calm, open and accepting of the other person. Not judgmental, intense or expectant. Don't look for IOIs or approval ... just say to yourself, I'm enjoying this moment.

Start by asking men and women both the time. The trick is to do it the moment you leave your house. « Hi, do you know what time it is ». Do that 10 times a day then come back here for next steps.
